Talon Mark Media was founded and officially started in 2023 by Carter Riddett. 

Carter is a young student at Georgia State University majoring in Film and Media. He began is journey in the creative space at the age of 12 making YouTube videos with his friends, and is continuing it as Technical Director of the Signal at GSU, the student-run news publication of his University.
